Frequently asked questions

How long is IntelliCompli free?

All plans are free to use until July 2026. All features are included during the free period — sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, reporting, program builder, training, and dashboard. Paid billing begins in July 2026.

What does KYC verification cost?

Automated verification via Stripe Identity costs $3 AUD per completed verification. Each plan includes a set number of Stripe Identity verifications per month (Starter: 20, Professional: 60). Additional verifications are $3 AUD each. You are only charged when a Stripe Identity verification completes — abandoned or incomplete sessions are free. Manual verification is always free on every plan.

Do I need to use Stripe Identity?

No. Stripe Identity is optional. IntelliCompli also offers free manual verification — you can review and approve customer identity documents yourself from the dashboard at no cost. Many platform features — sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, reporting, and training — work independently of KYC.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can sign up and use IntelliCompli without a credit card. A payment method is only required if you want to use Stripe Identity automated verification. Manual verification is free. You can add a card at any time in Settings.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact us if you need help choosing the right plan.

What happens after July 2026?

Paid billing begins in July 2026. You will be notified well in advance with details about your plan and any action needed. Your compliance data is always preserved.
